Harvest Host RV Visitor

We stayed in the parking lot of the 8-sided library. The parking spot was within walking distance to various downtown places. We walked to coal museum, had to look at the only 8-sided library!

We also were able to wash clothes at the laundromat. The bakery has a multitude of HOME MADE items – delicious! We decided to eat at Chubby’s because they permit well behaved canines. But next time we plan to visit the other restaurant.

The small city park was beautiful, green soft grass and various blooming flowers – very well maintained and clean park. Also there is a gift shop with unique Route 66 items. They also have a museum of of fiberglass GIANTS!

And everyone we met, EVERYONE in town were friendly and helpful. This small town is truly and hidden gem. Everything is in short walking distance from the Harvest Host parking lot (don’t forget to check out the 8-sided Library). Oh yeah there is also a car repair within walking distance too! We had a great time in Atlanta!
