Feedback from a tour group from MRI (Decatur, Illinois). This is a group of visitors with intellectual disabilities.
We all had a wonderful time. I loved that you took the time to answer all of their questions. There are some places and people who wouldn’t do that for them.
I wasn’t expecting for you to show us everything in your town, but it was fantastic! I think their favorite places was the coal mine and the grain bin. My favorite place was the library, but that’s just because I’m an avid reader and a fan of unusual libraries. I don’t think anything on the tour needs to be changed, you did a wonderful job showcasing your town and all that it has to offer.
